this one is interesting because it's been reuploaded a million times, and i can't seem to find the actual source... it's definitely in randall munroe (of xkcd and "what if?")'s art style, though. here (direct download) is the oldest instance i could find that's still up.

possibly the oldest version is the one that thedesignwork linked to, at https://wallbase.cc/wallpaper/697247, however the site seems to be down :/
